WHO: The San Diego Chapter of the California Restaurant Association and participating restaurants proudly present the 3rd Annual Salute to Service.

WHAT: For more than 150 years, San Diego has grown with, partnered with, and welcomed our military members and their families. Generations of service members have entered service in San Diego, been based here, and mustered out here. We are proud to call them our brothers, sisters, friends and neighbors and to celebrate their dedication, sacrifice and service. In conjunction with the San Diego Chapter of the California Restaurant Association, area restaurants are banding together to honor San Diego’s military traditions and do their part to assist the brave men and women who have served, and continue to serve, our great country every day. Over Veterans’ Day Weekend, participating restaurants will offer specials, discounts and a portion of their proceeds to Warrior Foundation Freedom Station to fund critical programs that support and assist our nation’s military heroes. And you have an opportunity to take part in this four-day, county-wide event to show your support to our military heroes. Dine out and enjoy a delicious meal from San Diego’s best restaurants – all for a worthy cause! It is a Salute to Service and our way of giving back to those who have served us so faithfully.
