To spark a successful career launch, The Warrior Foundation Freedom Station provides transitioning Warriors with certified expert career advice, resume writing guidelines and interview tips, along with fresh suits and business attire for male and female Warriors to assist with transitioning into new professions.

The “Dress for Success” program has been providing men and women business attire since 2006, helping them get ready for their next chapter in life.

During the past 18 years, the Warrior Foundation Freedom Station has provided more than 1,000 Active Duty and Retired Warriors with more than $700,000 in business attire to help them transition into establishing new careers, launching entrepreneurial endeavors, or starting educational programs in their civilian life. Each Warrior will have the opportunity to select approximately $700 in business attire including a combination of suits, shirts, ties, pant-suits, skirts, dresses, shoes, and/or accessories.

Since we created the program in 2006, the goal at Warrior Foundation Freedom Station is to arm a Warrior with a ‘Fresh New Uniform’ and encouragement as they transition into the civilian world. Our Warriors need a ‘hand-up; not a hand-out’ and to look and feel their best as they transition into this new chapter in their lives.
